  I have had quite the negative experience with Brighton Property Manager Luke Hilbert, after turning down a property that we had applied for. He was passive aggressive and called me 'unreasonable and reckless' for applying for multiple houses. He also complained that I had messed him around and that my withdrawn application would be 'detrimental' to their business. Most rental tenants will agree that it is necessary to make multiple application in order to have a fall back option rather than no where to live. This real estate clearly has no interest in assisting its tenants to find the right house, nor any interest in finding the right tenants for a landlord. Clearly they only want to make money and do as little work as possible. Luke was very rude and therefore I would avoid this company if I were you.
